**URGENT**

Facebook friends, I came out of closet this morning. I looked around at this world and scurried back in.

🎶 Weave the rainbow in your eyes,

Quiet evening lullaby,

Cross your heart to never die,

Broken on the wood.

Hey.

Silenced by the deafening roar,

Driven from the nether shore,

Violent tremors, wars, and more,

No, not one is good🎶

In Matthew, Yeshua/Jesus was speaks about going into your prayer closet. Have you ever thought about how strange it is to talk about praying in a closet? Your closet might have vacuum cleaners, umbrellas, winter coats, and mothballs in it. The word closet actually refers to a storage room. A storage room wasn’t made for prayer, it was made for junk. In order to make it a place of prayer, you have to push other things outside and make space. It takes work to have a prayer for me closet. It takes work to take the junk and clutter out of your schedule. There are a lot of things that push their way into our lives, and we have to push them out. If you are going to have time with YeHoVaH/God every day, it takes work. Clear your schedule, because it’s more important to be with Him. Remove the clutter and simplify your life. Then that junk room of time, that cluttered closet of your week, will turn into a tabernacle of prayer. It all begins when you press into the presence of YeHoVaH/God through the mothballs.

🎶It’s alright
There comes a time
Got no patience to search
For peace of mind
Layin’ low
Want to take it slow
No more hiding or
Disguising truths I’ve sold
Everyday it’s something
Hits me all so cold
Find me sittin’ by myself
No excuses, then I know🎶

This song came out in 1994, I was at the hight of my alcohol and drug use. “No Excuses” off of Alice In Chains album Jar of Flies was written by Jerry Cantrell for Layne Staley about his drug use. As I listened to this Alice In Chains song again today, I can see it being more universal than that. I think everyone has a time in their life that they just don’t have the motivation and patience to deal with others. Even family and friends. Depression and addiction is a B#tch. But if you tell people “I’m depressed” most won’t understand. They’ll take it as just an excuse to get out of doing something, or an excuse to isolate, or an excuse to get drunk and high. I think the lyrics definitely seem to fit Layne’s attitude towards the last years of his life. He knew he was depressed and a drug addict. He knew he was throwing his talent away. He didn’t want to lie and give some bullcrap excuse for his bad behavior. He, unlike most people in that position, was honest. There was “No Excuses”, so he didn’t give any. In many many ways I was just like Layne in my old life in this fallen world. The difference is I didn’t die in my depression and addiction. Today thanks to YeHoVaH/God, I’m sober, strong in my faith and even writing a book (hope to have it out soon friends) YeHoVaH/God is calling me to make an impact with my book and He has provided me the means to fulfill that calling. Even Moses didn’t feel he was qualified to do what YeHoVaH/God had called him to do. All Moses could see was his own unworthiness. To YeHoVaH/God there are “No Excuses” for not fulfilling the calling that He has put on our lives. When He calls us we can say, “I’m not ready, I’m not worthy, I can’t do it, and so on. But listen, there are “No Excuses” that matter to YeHoVaH/God. When He gives us a calling in our lives, He already has a plan for us to fulfill that calling. The only thing that holds us back is US! Facebook friends, if your fighting addiction, depression, illness or a whole host of reasons your not fulfilling your calling and making an impact. Please remember, if you have given your heart to YeHoVaH/God through Yeshua/Jesus, there are “No Excuses.” You have been given everything you need to make an impact. All you have to do is step out in faith and do it. Have you given your heart to YeHoVaH/God through Yeshua/Jesus ? Have you accepted Him as you savior and accepted His forgiveness of your sins? If the answer is yes, then make an impact for the Kingdom. If your answer is no, then give Him your heart today and join those who are making a positive impact on our world. Amen?

“Dr. Feelgood” is a song by the American heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. It was released in 1989 as the lead single from their fifth studio album of the same name. “Dr. Feelgood” is Mötley Crüe’s only Gold single in the U.S. In 2009, it was ranked the 15th greatest hard rock song of all time by VH1.

“Let him soothe your soul, just take his hand
Some people call him an evil man
Let him introduce himself real good
He’s the only one they call “Feelgood”

Here is a song about a drug dealer peddling his wares to all who will seek him out. It’s a song about a person who peddles in other peoples misery. Jimmy in the song could be anyone. He may be someone in particular, but he may just be generic to all drug dealers, as they all work to the same ends. The line “Let him soothe your soul, just take his hand” What exactly is soul soothing? For the weary and burdened, soul soothing is when you get rest, not just from work but a shelter from life. Soothed in heart as well as body. For many this is what is achieved on a spa weekend where they get pampered up to the nines. We are all looking for it in one way or another. For the man or woman suffering from depression “Soul Soothing” is but a dream that has not been realised. For the man or woman that needs companionship and some one to listen “Soul Soothing” will be just that. For the overworked mother or father bringing up a family “Soul Soothing” may be time to themselves so that they can chill and unwind. Yeshua/Jesus in his day recognised the stresses and strains upon the people He lived amongst. He recognised the oppression that the people of Israel were under and He offered something precious in Matthew 11. One of the my favorite passages in the New Testament is Matthew 11:28-30. In it the Yeshua/Jesus summarizes the invitation to discipleship that characterised His earthly ministry. In this passage He was addressing the people of Israel who were burdened and weighed down with the externalism and the legal do’s and donts of the Pharisees, and with the consequences, the guilt, frustration, and dissatisfaction that always goes along with takkanot . It is in the midst of this setting that the He makes a very gracious invitation to all who would want to experience the relief, joy, and the blessings of His life through a relationship with Him. This is an invitation aimed at all, at the curious and at the convinced to bring them to a place of a deeper level of commitment in which they are to take His yoke and learn from Him as committed disciples! Amen? “Soul Soothing” is offered in this wonderful passage from Matthew 11. Yeshua/Jesus offers a rest and a “soul soothing” that means us being partners with him in life. We may still face much of what would have faced alone but we now face it in relationship with Him. “Rest for your Souls” might at time be so far away from your grasp but it is a offer that many including myself have found the value in it. Mötley Crüe sang about drugs in the 1980’s and even Nikki Sixx in time would see that they were not to be trusted for “Soul Soothing”. Facebook friends, my prayer for you this week would be that if you are weighed down with the burdens of life, you may encounter the invitation of Yeshua/Jesus, not in a dry and dusty book but, that those WORDS in that dusty Bible on your shelf would come alive to you in a wonderful way and that you would experience all that He has to offer in them. Amen? https://youtu.be/izjvvUrknRY

Daily Devotional with Mr. Jeffrey A. Hale 11.27.2017 ♥

I started my day listening to a great old Petra album “Not of this World” and reading John 15:18-19 –
“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. Growing up in Danville Illinois, I was constantly told “Beware of strangers,” which was of course great advice. (Sadly, I cannot imagine growing up there now). In the Bible, some of the best people were strangers. Abraham said, “I’m a stranger and I sojourn among you.” Moses named his son “Gershom” meaning “stranger in a strange land”. In 1 Peter 2:11, we’re called aliens and strangers. Strangerhood is a holy call, and has much power. As believers we’re to go through life as strangers to the ways of this world and to our old identity. When people talk to you about impure subjects, you need to respond, “I don’t speak your language.” It’s a great thing to be a stranger to who you once were and to be able to say, “I just don’t understand you.” When you’re going through tough times, remember that you’re a stranger to them. You’re not of the problem anymore, you’re of the kingdom of YeHoVaH. We need to practice the ministry of strangerhood. Learn to be in the world, “Not of this World” because to be a stranger in this world is the most holy of callings. Facebook friends, practice the ministry of strangerhood today and view yourself as a sojourner on earth. Amen? https://youtu.be/BhPVOyzZBqk

“Bring Me To Life” Is Your SOUL crying out?

In His Great Mercy, The Lord is filling in me the desire and need to create tonight. It’s very therapeutic on a night of very heavy inner healing. The Lord is healing my soul. This supernatural phenomenon is a luxury that I am beyond blessed to share with the world and I literally will someday just as prophesied.

Glory to God!

I saw a creative opportunity in the midst of personal pain and suffering tonight.

This video as of September 27, 2018 has 544,692,689 views.

The world is hurting as anyone can see. Only Yeshua/Jesus can heal us all.

Parts of my soul cry out just like Amy Lee in the hit song by Evanescence called “Bring Me to Life.” I’m not endorsing this band. I am making a faith application tonight using secular music.

Many people are hurting just like the words in this song. Parts of me still are daily. Jesus is setting me free 24/7 as He sews my soul back together…

This song is pretty dark and heavy. The emotion is raw and real. I love the graphic design of this video. I’ve been afraid of heights most of my life, and now I know why thanks to God.

I love how Amy Lee reaches out for the lead singer of 12 Stones, Paul McCoy in the video. It’s like they have a deep soul tie that draws her into him.

Soul ties is a very interesting topic. So intriguing. Many Christians and people in general are unfamiliar with the term and what it means. Most have heard the term soul mate before though. Much can be talked about concerning soul ties as well. The most obvious and talked about soul tie is created in the marriage bed or when 2 persons are sexually intimate.

There’s a warning in The Word Of God against ungodly sexual soul ties.

1 Corinthians 6:15-20 King James Version (KJV)

15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.

16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Much to learn and be said about the matter.

Anyways…

❤️

Unfortunately (if you watch the whole video) you will see that Paul fails to save Amy. In the end the man lets her down. She falls…many stories down. Splat!

There are different views and interpretations of the song and its video. All this proves a point.

The man dropped Amy!

Only The Son Of God Yeshua/Jesus can give a person rest for their soul…

Matthew 11:28-29 King James Version (KJV)

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Only Yeshua can save anybody!

Haven’t we all been there though? Wandering around helpless like Amy Lee in her nightgown, climbing a high rise building… So much could be said for all this.

I believe there’s a higher intelligence involved though of course. Lucifer owns Hollywood/fame. I believe demons/fallen angels are at work a lot in the production of music videos like this one along with major motion pictures as well. Man… I’m uber inspired tonight. So much could be discussed here.

Back to the song.

The lyrics to this song are SO deep!

Look at the talk about the soul.

Bring Me To Life by Evanescence

(Lyrics via Google)

How can you see into my eyes like open doors?

Leading you down, into my core

Where I’ve become so numb, without a soul

My spirit’s sleeping somewhere cold

Until you find it there, and lead it, back, home

Wake me up inside

Wake me up inside

Call my name and save me from the dark

Bid my blood to run

Before I come undone

Save me from the nothing I’ve become

Now that I know what I’m without

You can’t just leave me

Breathe into me and make me real

Bring me to life

Wake me up inside

Wake me up inside

Call my name and save me from the dark

Bid my blood to run

Before I come undone

Save me from the nothing I’ve become

Bring me to life

Bring me to life

Frozen inside, without your touch

Without your love, darling

Only you are my life

Among the dead

I’ve been sleeping a thousand years it seems

Got to open my eyes to everything

Don’t let me die here

Bring, me, to, life

Wake me up inside

Wake me up inside

Call my name and save me from the dark

Bid my blood to run

Before I come undone

Save me from the nothing I’ve become

Bring me to life

Bring me to life

Bring me to life

🎶And if I say to you tomorrow. Take my hand, child, come with me.
It’s to a castle I will take you, where what’s to be, they say will be. Catch the wind, see us spin, sail away, leave today, way up high in the sky.
But the wind won’t blow, you really shouldn’t go, it only goes to show
That you will be mine, by takin’ our time🎶

The song is about a man trying to take his beloved woman to a magical place. He wants to be the ringleader, as she will follow him wherever he goes. The only thing that can stop them from a magical journey is “what is” and “what should never be.” Those are the woman’s two choices: to follow him (what is) or to leave him (what should never be). She can have everything she’s ever wanted, the majestic sunrise, all her dreams come true, but if she doesn’t get those things, then she can only blame herself.

🎶So if you wake up with the sunrise, and all your dreams are still as new. And happiness is what you need so bad, girl, the answer lies with you🎶

This song is about inner contentment, about true inner happiness. The kind of happiness that comes from inside, from a deep thankfulness with what is going on in your life. Be content in what you already have. Remind yourself that you have food on the table, a roof over your head, friends and a loving family. We think that happiness and contentment is conditional and only comes once we’ve reached our dreams, whether it be a dream job, dream relationship, dream financial situation. Now even if those dreams do not come true, we can still be grateful, thankful, content. It has taken Jeffrey A. Hale 48 years to learn that happiness can not be found in “Things” as they are only “Things” Happiness or contentment is in our attitude to life. The song is right “the answer lies with you”

Philippians 4:11-12
“Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need”

Paul the great apostle writes about true happiness and contentment coming from the inside. He describes it as something he has learned and knows. “I know” and “I have learned” Facebook friends, the poignant question is “Where does our happiness and contentment come from?” Is it founded in the things we have or does it come from a deeper place. Paul says “for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.” To be content when you have nothing as well as when you have much. Paul could also be writing about the power within that keeps his life on track. We cannot do anything without the power of the Holy Spirit that lives within us. The Holy Spirit himself brings us to the place of deep happiness and contentment. The world would be a happier place if all of us learned to be content and happy not in “Stuff” or “Things” but happiness and being content. Amen?

🎶We chase misprinted lies
We face the path of time
And yet I fight
And yet I fight
This battle all alone
No one to cry to
No place to call home🎶

I always thought Nutshell by Alice In Chains as Layne’s living suicide note. Beautiful vocals & some of the most tasteful and soulful guitar playing you’ll ever hear. The singer Layne Staley died from a mixture of heroin and cocaine, known as speedball. The death certificate reads Staley’s death resulted from “an acute intoxication due to the combined effects of opiate (heroin) and cocaine.” The autopsy concluded that Staley died on April 5, two weeks before his body was found, and the same day that fellow grunge pioneer Kurt Cobain died by suicide in 1994. Staley’s death was classified as “accidental.” When I heard Layne passed I felt, “Layne wore his soul on the outside. He was luminous … too tender for this world. He was an amazing musician, an inspiration, and a comfort to so many. He made great music and gifted it to the world.” Anyone can become addicted to anything. There are many addictions in life, eating, smoking, booze, sex, pornography, the stock market, gambling, tattoos, lying, stealing, gossiping, et cetera. Addiction has a very subtle nature about it, a deceptive element, overcoming the victim before one even realizes what has happened. The nature of addiction is that a person gets sucked in before they know it, entangled hopelessly in the web of a deadly Black Widow spider. That is the nature of sin and addiction, the more you try to escape and free yourself, the more entangled you become. This is why it is so critically important that a person be born again, having the Holy Spirit coming to live within them (Romans 8:9). The very second you trust upon Yeshua/Jesus, the only begotten Son of YeHoVaH/God, your sins are forgiven and the Holy Spirit comes to indwell your body. This is the only true and lasting hope for addicts. Believe me I’ve been there! Life is too short to allow sin to overcome and ruin one’s life. The way to avoid addiction is to be aware that it can easily happen if you’re not careful. Our sicko society places all sorts of temptations, evil influences, lusts, worldly music, and other harmful things in front of our youth, while never warning them of what can happen. You never hear warnings about the consequences of fornication, abortion, pornography, homosexuality, feminism, divorce, or other sins. Instead teens are handed condemns at government schools and Planned Herodhood is invited into each school. It’s insane! The safest way to prevent becoming addicted is to have the Biblical mindset of 1st Timothy 6:8, “And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.” Hasatan’s crowd can only tempt you if you desire something. YeHoVaH/God says to be satisfied with simply food and clothing. In all honesty, you don’t need all the electronic toys and gadgets, cellphones, internet, new car, et cetera. Those who live for materialistic things are some of the most miserable, mean, and angry people in the world. Death is right around the corner. You cannot take any of it with you. Only what’s done for Yeshua/Jesus will last. Certainly it is ok to own possessions and a nice home, car, whatever, but don’t ever prioritize money, career, or things above truth, doing what’s right, treating people as you want to be treated, and obeying YeHoVaH/God with a grateful heart. Facebook friends, the most important decision you’ll ever make is where you’re going to spend eternity after the resurrection. The decision is in fact yours alone to make. I’ve already made my choice. How about you?
