🎶It’s alright
There comes a time
Got no patience to search
For peace of mind
Layin’ low
Want to take it slow
No more hiding or
Disguising truths I’ve sold
Everyday it’s something
Hits me all so cold
Find me sittin’ by myself
No excuses, then I know🎶

This song came out in 1994, I was at the hight of my alcohol and drug use. “No Excuses” off of Alice In Chains album Jar of Flies was written by Jerry Cantrell for Layne Staley about his drug use. As I listened to this Alice In Chains song again today, I can see it being more universal than that. I think everyone has a time in their life that they just don’t have the motivation and patience to deal with others. Even family and friends. Depression and addiction is a B#tch. But if you tell people “I’m depressed” most won’t understand. They’ll take it as just an excuse to get out of doing something, or an excuse to isolate, or an excuse to get drunk and high. I think the lyrics definitely seem to fit Layne’s attitude towards the last years of his life. He knew he was depressed and a drug addict. He knew he was throwing his talent away. He didn’t want to lie and give some bullcrap excuse for his bad behavior. He, unlike most people in that position, was honest. There was “No Excuses”, so he didn’t give any. In many many ways I was just like Layne in my old life in this fallen world. The difference is I didn’t die in my depression and addiction. Today thanks to YeHoVaH/God, I’m sober, strong in my faith and even writing a book (hope to have it out soon friends) YeHoVaH/God is calling me to make an impact with my book and He has provided me the means to fulfill that calling. Even Moses didn’t feel he was qualified to do what YeHoVaH/God had called him to do. All Moses could see was his own unworthiness. To YeHoVaH/God there are “No Excuses” for not fulfilling the calling that He has put on our lives. When He calls us we can say, “I’m not ready, I’m not worthy, I can’t do it, and so on. But listen, there are “No Excuses” that matter to YeHoVaH/God. When He gives us a calling in our lives, He already has a plan for us to fulfill that calling. The only thing that holds us back is US! Facebook friends, if your fighting addiction, depression, illness or a whole host of reasons your not fulfilling your calling and making an impact. Please remember, if you have given your heart to YeHoVaH/God through Yeshua/Jesus, there are “No Excuses.” You have been given everything you need to make an impact. All you have to do is step out in faith and do it. Have you given your heart to YeHoVaH/God through Yeshua/Jesus ? Have you accepted Him as you savior and accepted His forgiveness of your sins? If the answer is yes, then make an impact for the Kingdom. If your answer is no, then give Him your heart today and join those who are making a positive impact on our world. Amen?

Rest For My SOUL.

As human beings we weren’t created to be alone. We were created to Fellowship with God and with other people.

This morning I listened to a song that stirred up emotions and pain of heartaches in the past. I thought I’d write about it this morning…

I was a very lonely teenager. I was a very brokenhearted girl.

All I ever wanted was to be accepted and loved.

That’s all I ever wanted as an infant and a small child.

The LORD has revealed so much to me this year that answers so many questions.

The pain I’ve been dealing with for years is now being dealt with by The Holy Spirit.

I was cursed and as a result of it I experienced rejection over and over for 32 years.

I am 33 now and so very blessed.

I’m dealing with the pain today.

I feel it everyday in my body and in my soul during this season of inner healing.

I wound up trapped in an abusive marriage that God never intended for me to be in.

I tried to leave my ex-husband many times but I could never get away. It wasn’t until this year when God Himself intervened that I was able to break free from that unholy marriage and so much more.

Who hasn’t ever been lonely or felt rejected?

Throughout the years, my break-up style was to throw away everything that had anything to do with the boyfriend that had dumped me (usually they broke up with me) the night of the break up so I could wake up and not feel as bad the next day.

Here I am in high school. The chained woman in my artwork is actually part of my soul. I had no idea that I was in such bondage in the very depths of my being.

artclass

Thanks be unto GOD for His Unspeakable Gift! Yeshua saved me. I didn’t know all of this was even real and I never would have known it applied to me had He not revealed it by The Holy Spirit.

My whole life I’d try extra hard to make the boy/man love me in every relationship and EVERY time, even in the abusive marriage I was in for 9 years, they’d let me down.

I would be THE ONE buying THEM gifts. It’s like I was selling myself.

Every woman wants to be adored! Every woman wants a man to BUY HER gifts!

Who doesn’t wanna feel special? I never did.

Yep. I have been burning bridges for years… and it’s tiresome.

Yeshua said He’d carry all of this…

Matthew 11:28-30 King James Version (KJV)

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light

Yeshua/Jesus died on the Cross for ALL of us for ALL sins.

He offers His PERFECT REST for ALL of mankind!

No matter who you are or what you’re dealing with, you too can find REST for YOUR SOUL today!

The same Cross that covers lying and adultery covers homosexuality as well.

We are all loved by God. He is NO respecter of persons.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a fugitive or a Freemason.

The LORD is ministering to my very soul everyday. He’s showing me that He ALONE is God! He is ALL I need! Anybody else in my life can only compliment what He is doing. Nobody ELSE and NOTHING else can COMPLETE me. ONLY GOD can complete any of us.

Brother Marcus Rogers does an amazing job of explaining this concept in his book Through The Fire to Be On Fire.

I have just begun reading Brother Marcus’ Testimony in his book from Amazon and I, like many others, am being so blessed by it! Check it out here and get your own copy. Support Brother Marcus as he’s doing amazing things for The LORD!

ALL women must know that their worth is ONLY in The CROSS.

It doesn’t matter how many people have broken your heart.

Our identity can only be rooted in THE CROSS and what GOD did for us!

Our worth as women or as human beings is ONLY determined by The CROSS!

No matter how many may have broken up with you and no matter how many times you have been rejected… God LOVES you and has a plan for YOUR life!  ♥

As you read this, I pray The Lord God Almighty blesses you one hundredfold.

Have an awesome day!  God bless 🙂

“Dr. Feelgood” is a song by the American heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. It was released in 1989 as the lead single from their fifth studio album of the same name. “Dr. Feelgood” is Mötley Crüe’s only Gold single in the U.S. In 2009, it was ranked the 15th greatest hard rock song of all time by VH1.

“Let him soothe your soul, just take his hand
Some people call him an evil man
Let him introduce himself real good
He’s the only one they call “Feelgood”

Here is a song about a drug dealer peddling his wares to all who will seek him out. It’s a song about a person who peddles in other peoples misery. Jimmy in the song could be anyone. He may be someone in particular, but he may just be generic to all drug dealers, as they all work to the same ends. The line “Let him soothe your soul, just take his hand” What exactly is soul soothing? For the weary and burdened, soul soothing is when you get rest, not just from work but a shelter from life. Soothed in heart as well as body. For many this is what is achieved on a spa weekend where they get pampered up to the nines. We are all looking for it in one way or another. For the man or woman suffering from depression “Soul Soothing” is but a dream that has not been realised. For the man or woman that needs companionship and some one to listen “Soul Soothing” will be just that. For the overworked mother or father bringing up a family “Soul Soothing” may be time to themselves so that they can chill and unwind. Yeshua/Jesus in his day recognised the stresses and strains upon the people He lived amongst. He recognised the oppression that the people of Israel were under and He offered something precious in Matthew 11. One of the my favorite passages in the New Testament is Matthew 11:28-30. In it the Yeshua/Jesus summarizes the invitation to discipleship that characterised His earthly ministry. In this passage He was addressing the people of Israel who were burdened and weighed down with the externalism and the legal do’s and donts of the Pharisees, and with the consequences, the guilt, frustration, and dissatisfaction that always goes along with takkanot . It is in the midst of this setting that the He makes a very gracious invitation to all who would want to experience the relief, joy, and the blessings of His life through a relationship with Him. This is an invitation aimed at all, at the curious and at the convinced to bring them to a place of a deeper level of commitment in which they are to take His yoke and learn from Him as committed disciples! Amen? “Soul Soothing” is offered in this wonderful passage from Matthew 11. Yeshua/Jesus offers a rest and a “soul soothing” that means us being partners with him in life. We may still face much of what would have faced alone but we now face it in relationship with Him. “Rest for your Souls” might at time be so far away from your grasp but it is a offer that many including myself have found the value in it. Mötley Crüe sang about drugs in the 1980’s and even Nikki Sixx in time would see that they were not to be trusted for “Soul Soothing”. Facebook friends, my prayer for you this week would be that if you are weighed down with the burdens of life, you may encounter the invitation of Yeshua/Jesus, not in a dry and dusty book but, that those WORDS in that dusty Bible on your shelf would come alive to you in a wonderful way and that you would experience all that He has to offer in them. Amen? https://youtu.be/izjvvUrknRY

Tonight You Are LOVED.

Child of God, if you feel you’re at the end of your rope, ask The Lord to tie a knot. If you’re torn apart and overflowing with tears, look in the mirror. You’re alive and still here. God saw you through countless other nights that you despised. God is ALL you need. GOD has to be ALL you need.

NOBODY ELSE can save you! NOBODY else WILL save you! NOBODY CAN complete you.

Like Brother Marcus Rogers is preaching, your mate should compliment you.

Nobody and nothing else can have that Sacred place in your heart. That’s for God. There’s places for others, but He is our TRUE and ONLY Rock and our first Love! The Son Of God is our Everything!

Revelation 2:4 “Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.”

Hold onto The Lord tonight and every night.

He’s the only one that will ALWAYS be there.

He said He’d never leave us nor forsake us. He means it.

Jesus/Yeshua is The only MAN (The God Man) that will Forever catch EVERY tear you EVER cry.

He’s Perfect.

Don’t set your affections on the things of this world. We’re not here to stay anyways.

No matter how heavy your pain or even how dark the night, it’s temporary!

These light afflictions cannot compare to the glory that awaits us! Heaven is our Home!

Don’t look at what is seen! Be faith-driven, not fear driven. The Righteous are as bold as a lion.

Tonight He’s enough.

In every trial, Jesus/Yeshua is IT for us ❤️

Not just because He has to be or He should be.

He’s enough because we love Him.

He’s enough because He’s proven Himself Faithful and True! He holds the keys to death, Hell, and the grave and because of HIM and what He did for you, there is ABSOLUTE, Complete FREEDOM!

Nobody can love you like The Son Of God.

Hold onto Him.

He’s holding onto you.

He’s holding onto all of us far more than we’ll ever know this side of Heaven.

Amen. Rest well in The Lord, Precious Ones.

“Bring Me To Life” Is Your SOUL crying out?

In His Great Mercy, The Lord is filling in me the desire and need to create tonight. It’s very therapeutic on a night of very heavy inner healing. The Lord is healing my soul. This supernatural phenomenon is a luxury that I am beyond blessed to share with the world and I literally will someday just as prophesied.

Glory to God!

I saw a creative opportunity in the midst of personal pain and suffering tonight.

This video as of September 27, 2018 has 544,692,689 views.

The world is hurting as anyone can see. Only Yeshua/Jesus can heal us all.

Parts of my soul cry out just like Amy Lee in the hit song by Evanescence called “Bring Me to Life.” I’m not endorsing this band. I am making a faith application tonight using secular music.

Many people are hurting just like the words in this song. Parts of me still are daily. Jesus is setting me free 24/7 as He sews my soul back together…

This song is pretty dark and heavy. The emotion is raw and real. I love the graphic design of this video. I’ve been afraid of heights most of my life, and now I know why thanks to God.

I love how Amy Lee reaches out for the lead singer of 12 Stones, Paul McCoy in the video. It’s like they have a deep soul tie that draws her into him.

Soul ties is a very interesting topic. So intriguing. Many Christians and people in general are unfamiliar with the term and what it means. Most have heard the term soul mate before though. Much can be talked about concerning soul ties as well. The most obvious and talked about soul tie is created in the marriage bed or when 2 persons are sexually intimate.

There’s a warning in The Word Of God against ungodly sexual soul ties.

1 Corinthians 6:15-20 King James Version (KJV)

15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.

16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Much to learn and be said about the matter.

Anyways…

❤️

Unfortunately (if you watch the whole video) you will see that Paul fails to save Amy. In the end the man lets her down. She falls…many stories down. Splat!

There are different views and interpretations of the song and its video. All this proves a point.

The man dropped Amy!

Only The Son Of God Yeshua/Jesus can give a person rest for their soul…

Matthew 11:28-29 King James Version (KJV)

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Only Yeshua can save anybody!

Haven’t we all been there though? Wandering around helpless like Amy Lee in her nightgown, climbing a high rise building… So much could be said for all this.

I believe there’s a higher intelligence involved though of course. Lucifer owns Hollywood/fame. I believe demons/fallen angels are at work a lot in the production of music videos like this one along with major motion pictures as well. Man… I’m uber inspired tonight. So much could be discussed here.

Back to the song.

The lyrics to this song are SO deep!

Look at the talk about the soul.

Bring Me To Life by Evanescence

(Lyrics via Google)

How can you see into my eyes like open doors?

Leading you down, into my core

Where I’ve become so numb, without a soul

My spirit’s sleeping somewhere cold

Until you find it there, and lead it, back, home

Wake me up inside

Wake me up inside

Call my name and save me from the dark

Bid my blood to run

Before I come undone

Save me from the nothing I’ve become

Now that I know what I’m without

You can’t just leave me

Breathe into me and make me real

Bring me to life

Wake me up inside

Wake me up inside

Call my name and save me from the dark

Bid my blood to run

Before I come undone

Save me from the nothing I’ve become

Bring me to life

Bring me to life

Frozen inside, without your touch

Without your love, darling

Only you are my life

Among the dead

I’ve been sleeping a thousand years it seems

Got to open my eyes to everything

Don’t let me die here

Bring, me, to, life

Wake me up inside

Wake me up inside

Call my name and save me from the dark

Bid my blood to run

Before I come undone

Save me from the nothing I’ve become

Bring me to life

Bring me to life

Bring me to life

🎶We chase misprinted lies
We face the path of time
And yet I fight
And yet I fight
This battle all alone
No one to cry to
No place to call home🎶

I always thought Nutshell by Alice In Chains as Layne’s living suicide note. Beautiful vocals & some of the most tasteful and soulful guitar playing you’ll ever hear. The singer Layne Staley died from a mixture of heroin and cocaine, known as speedball. The death certificate reads Staley’s death resulted from “an acute intoxication due to the combined effects of opiate (heroin) and cocaine.” The autopsy concluded that Staley died on April 5, two weeks before his body was found, and the same day that fellow grunge pioneer Kurt Cobain died by suicide in 1994. Staley’s death was classified as “accidental.” When I heard Layne passed I felt, “Layne wore his soul on the outside. He was luminous … too tender for this world. He was an amazing musician, an inspiration, and a comfort to so many. He made great music and gifted it to the world.” Anyone can become addicted to anything. There are many addictions in life, eating, smoking, booze, sex, pornography, the stock market, gambling, tattoos, lying, stealing, gossiping, et cetera. Addiction has a very subtle nature about it, a deceptive element, overcoming the victim before one even realizes what has happened. The nature of addiction is that a person gets sucked in before they know it, entangled hopelessly in the web of a deadly Black Widow spider. That is the nature of sin and addiction, the more you try to escape and free yourself, the more entangled you become. This is why it is so critically important that a person be born again, having the Holy Spirit coming to live within them (Romans 8:9). The very second you trust upon Yeshua/Jesus, the only begotten Son of YeHoVaH/God, your sins are forgiven and the Holy Spirit comes to indwell your body. This is the only true and lasting hope for addicts. Believe me I’ve been there! Life is too short to allow sin to overcome and ruin one’s life. The way to avoid addiction is to be aware that it can easily happen if you’re not careful. Our sicko society places all sorts of temptations, evil influences, lusts, worldly music, and other harmful things in front of our youth, while never warning them of what can happen. You never hear warnings about the consequences of fornication, abortion, pornography, homosexuality, feminism, divorce, or other sins. Instead teens are handed condemns at government schools and Planned Herodhood is invited into each school. It’s insane! The safest way to prevent becoming addicted is to have the Biblical mindset of 1st Timothy 6:8, “And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.” Hasatan’s crowd can only tempt you if you desire something. YeHoVaH/God says to be satisfied with simply food and clothing. In all honesty, you don’t need all the electronic toys and gadgets, cellphones, internet, new car, et cetera. Those who live for materialistic things are some of the most miserable, mean, and angry people in the world. Death is right around the corner. You cannot take any of it with you. Only what’s done for Yeshua/Jesus will last. Certainly it is ok to own possessions and a nice home, car, whatever, but don’t ever prioritize money, career, or things above truth, doing what’s right, treating people as you want to be treated, and obeying YeHoVaH/God with a grateful heart. Facebook friends, the most important decision you’ll ever make is where you’re going to spend eternity after the resurrection. The decision is in fact yours alone to make. I’ve already made my choice. How about you?

🎶If I could hold your hand one more time

And hear your lullabies just like before

I know that I did wrong, so I’m singing you this song

Mother, I won’t see you anymore. Son, I wish you knew how much we’re missin’ you

I saw them cry their tears from up above

I try to tell them, but the words aren’t getting through

I didn’t mean to hurt the ones I love. Mother, father, I hope to see you soon

And things will be just like they were before

I’m sending all my love, I’m watching from above

And I’ll be in their hearts forever more🎶

When this song came out in 1991 by “The Scream” it really hit home. I lost my best friend at age 19. It’s been nearly 27 years since he passed. I often wonder what kind of family he would have had. I think about all the good things which life has to offer that he got cheated out of. There are many situations in life which can cause a person to feel overwhelmed to the point of wanting to commit suicide (the death of a loved one, being arrested and imprisoned, a spouse leaving, getting caught doing wrong, peer pressure, teenage pressures) In the Bible, in Judas’ case it was guilt, his evil was exposed and he was overwhelmed with guilt. Judas could have been forgiven, but he instead foolishly hung himself. There is always a right way and a wrong way to deal with anything. Just lay everything out on the table before YeHoVaH/God in prayer. He promises to forgive you and to help you get your life together. You don’t need to feel overwhelmed with sorrow and fear, just beg Him to forgive you and then you do everything in your power to make things right. If there’s nothing you can do about it or it is too late, then you must put the situation into His hands and free your mind of something you cannot change. Forget the past, it is gone forever. Don’t worry about the future, it may not be yours. Rather, lay up for yourself treasures for the new heaven and earth by living for Yeshua/Jesus and the gospel’s sake. You don’t have to kill yourself. You can have “a life” in Yeshua/Jesus (John 10:9-10). Some of you know I suffer in physical pain everyday from problems in my back, knees and wrists. Not a day has passed since 2004 that I don’t have aching constant toothache like pain. Facebook friends, I have never thought of killing myself. Suicide is not the best way to make the pain go away. Life is full of problems, emotions, miseries and frustrations. Life can be better friends, but the first step is to never give up on yourself! Trust me, time does heal ALL wounds. I know from experience. If you’re at the end of your rope, then get a longer rope. If you’ve received the straw that breaks the camel’s back, then get a stronger camel. Don’t quit! Don’t give up! You can make it! Suicide not an option. No one should ever even talk about something so foolish as killing one’s self. I hope these few words have encouraged someone today. I’m always willing to listen and pray for you.
