Personal Journey

Every calling in The Lord is Special!

So..I was praying this morning and God gave me an awesome revelation!

I was praying against the Church comparing ourselves one to another. He brought to mind these verses:

Matthew 9:37-38  King James Version (KJV)

37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;

38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

This really hit home for me because I have been called as an Intercessor and sometimes I would rather be out in the world doing something else when God has other plans for me in the prayer closet. Who doesn’t want their own platform on the world scene preaching for Jesus? But look…

This is a perfect example of the importance of the calling of an intercessor. We may not be on the front line in the flesh, but in the spirit we are taking down mountains and destroying the enemy’s camp. We are helping out The Brothers and Sisters who are going forth to bring messages in the world with our prayers. We are praying for their minds, clarity, and further understanding. We are praying for their boldness and their protection. We are praying for a Mighty move of The Holy Ghost and for the hearts of people to be tilled and ready to receive the Gospel seed and whatever it is that they need today from The Lord. Hallelujah!

Every calling in The Lord is Special! Every calling is Beautiful! I have shared just one example today. I pray this encourages you!  I encourage you to start your day out with The Lord. Seek Him and see what He has for you today. Here am I send me.

God bless today and always! 🙂
