Love is such a crazy thing, isn’t it?
So many people are tying the knot this summer. No matter who you are in this whole world, you have no idea who your partner really is until the ceremony is gone and its all said and done. Lots of surprises! You just never know…
So here goes:
“Marriage has no guarantees. If that’s what you’re looking for, go live with a car battery.”
“I never married because I have three pets at home that answer the same purpose as a husband. I have a dog that growls every morning, a parrot that swears all afternoon and a cat that comes home late at night. “
“Happily ever after is not a fairy tale. It’s a choice.” Fawn Weaver
“Love is an act of endless forgiveness, a tender look which becomes a habit.” Peter Ustinov
“Marriage is really tough because you have to deal with feelings … and lawyers.” Richard Pryor
“Marriage is a wonderful institution…but who wants to live in an institution?” Groucho Marx
“Marriage is not a word; it is a sentence.” Oscar Wilde
“Marriage – a book of which the first chapter is written in poetry and the remaining chapters in prose.” Beverley NIchols
“Whoever said “Marriage is a 50-50 proposition” laid the foundation for more divorce fees than any other short sentence in our language.” Austin Elliott
“Love is a feeling, marriage is a contract, and relationships are work.” Lori Gordon
That’s it for now!
